One year ago today

One year ago today, Edwin Sr and I found out we were having a boy and a girl. It was a bittersweet day because it was also the day we found out my sister's boyfriend was killed in a car accident. Actually, a half hour before our appointment is when we found out, and my mom couldn't come because she went to drive you to Maine to go and get my sister from the police academy and bring her home. It was hard to feel excited about our special day because I felt so awful for my sis. I love you Amie and I'm thinking of you.
